Tung Kuo-yu to Be Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs

President Ma Ying-jeou announced yesterday that Tung Kuo-yu(董國猷), Senior Adviser to the National Security Council (NSC) , would be appointed as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). Tung has previously served as Director of the TECO office in Geneva, Director General of the MOFA’s Department of International Organizations, Representative to Greece, and Deputy Representative to the U.S. Last year he was appointed NSC Senior Adviser.
